Kadai Paneer
Ingredients
Paneer 2 cups cut into piecesCapsicum 1 big one2 medium Tomatosgreechillis 4Kasuri methi 2 tspCurd 2 tbspSpices required: dry roast and pwd the masalaCorainder seeds 1 tspcloves 3 to 4DrymasalaTandori Masala 1 tsp chill pwd 1 tspcorainder pwd 1 tsphaldi 1/2 tsp
Marinate the paneer with dry masala and curd. Heat ghee in frying pan add cloves greenchilli, capsicum cook till done add paneer and tomatoes then add chilli, corainder, haldi and fry ..then add spices pwd and kasuri methi leaf. It takes 10 minutes to cook.turn of the heat.This goes really well with chapathi and fried rice .Notes: Can cook in ghee instead of oil to get extra flavor.
