kottu paratha

A dish famous in chennai saravana bhavan and ananda bhavan..easy dish made in 1/2 hr ...reminds me of my office days when we girls used to hog after 4 during our tea brks...Parotta 3 .. i used store brought..onion - 2 cut into piecesginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsptomato - 2capsicum - 1 cut into pieceschilli pwd - 1/2 tspTurmeric - 1/2 tspGaram masala - 1/2 tspgreen chilli - 3corainder leaf to decorate...i love them soooo muchTAdka..Cumin seed - 1/2 tspFennel seed - 1/2 tspHeat oil in a pan add jeera saunf and onions and capsicum fry well till it cooks then add Ginger garlic paste and cook well ..add tomatoes and make a nice masala out of it...tomatoes when cooked add the masalas and the parathas and fry well ..when ready garnish with corainder leaf .salt to tasteEnjoy!!!
