chicken stew






Chicken Stew with garlic Bread


Chicken Breasts - 5

onions 1

Potatoes - 2

Carrots - 1

Garlic - 1/2 tsp

tomatoes 2

bayleaf

chillipwd 1tsp

paprika 1/2 tsp

salt pepper to taste

parsley leaf

canned tomato 1/2 cup


Grill chicken breasts with salt and pepper till half done. in in soup pan or cooker add onion fry till pink in color add garlic potatoes, carrot , chilli powder bayleaf, parika, salt and pepper and cook till the veges cook...add chicken and boil for an hour....add tomatoes and canned tomatoes and cook....


yummy stew ready for cold winter nite!!!!
