Pasta Sauce

Pasta sauce ..


4 ripe tomatoes..

1 onion
5-6 cloves garlic, minced
1tsp. sugar
Pinch of dry oregano
pinch of dry rosemary
1 tbsp olive oil..
Salt and pepper, to taste

In a pan saute garlic until soft and fragrant in 1 tbsp. of olive oil, add onion and sauté till transparent add tomatoes and tomato paste and cook well.. add the oregano and rosemary and little water and cook until a sauce thickens..

Mix it with cooked pasta and serve ..

optional can add 1 tbsp of tomato paste to get the can avoid it as they contain preservatives...Enjoy cooking
