Tomato Fry
Quick n easy Tomato Fry..
Diced Tomato – 3
Sliced Onion – 1 big
Chilly powder – 2 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Ginger garlic – crushed garlic 3 to 4 n small piece of ginger cut into pieces..
Green chilles slit – 2 opt
Water – 1/2 cup
Salt – to taste
Oil – 1 tbsp
mustard seeds 1/1 tsp
corainder pwd 1 tsp
Method:-
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard, onion,salt into it.Saute it until onion turns translucent..Stir in ginger garlic and saute it for few minutes.Now add chilly powder and turmeric powder, coriander pwd and fry it for a while. Add in tomato and saute until it turns soft .Add water and allow it to boil.Simmer it ..coriander leaf for garnish...
serve with Rotis
